My client are a results-driven performance marketing agency that helps leading brands grow through strategic partnerships, publisher relationships and performance-focused affiliate campaigns. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our client services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while coordinating high-performing delivery teams.

The Role

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of affiliate marketing clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully and strategic objectives are achieved. You'll act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with affiliate specialists, content teams and senior stakeholders to drive performance, identify growth opportunities and deliver outstanding service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills and the ability to balance multiple client relationships while coordinating internal delivery resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of affiliate marketing clients.
  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Lead regular client meetings, performance reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Ensure clients receive a proactive, high-quality service experience.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into clear delivery plans.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of affiliate marketing campaigns and programmes.
  • Work closely with affiliate specialists to monitor performance and optimise activity.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope and to a high standard.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and maximise ROI.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic growth plans for client accounts.
  • Manage and coordinate internal delivery teams across multiple accounts.
  • Prioritise workloads, track deadlines and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal specialists.
  • Support resource planning and project management activities.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Support client retention initiatives and contract renewals.
  • Contribute to agency growth through strong client satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Assist with proposals, presentations and strategic recommendations where required.

About You

Essential Experience

  • Proven account management experience, ideally within affiliate marketing, digital marketing, PR or an agency-side delivery environment, 2/3 years
  • A strong track record of managing multiple clients and internal delivery teams simultaneously.
  • Experience building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience presenting performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
