We are an award-winning digital marketing agency, looking for an energetic and results-driven Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. Our success comes from a blend of great clients, proactive teams, and a shared appetite to always look for a better way.

About The Role

  • Own client relationships and act as the main point of contact for digital marketing initiatives, including Paid Social, Organic Social, Paid Search (PPC) and Organic Search (SEO).
  • Develop and implement strategic digital plans aligned with client goals to deliver measurable results.
  • Manage and execute ongoing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration both internally and externally.
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail. Ownership of forecasts and billing activity within the CRM and accounts system.
  • Take a proactive approach to identify growth opportunities for clients and driving revenue.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Web, SEO, PPC, Social, and Content.
  • Support the professional growth of team members and maintain alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure positive client experiences, profitability, and reduced client churn through excellent service delivery.
  • Regularly report on client satisfaction, campaign outcomes, and project progress.
  • Play an active role in onboarding and mentoring new team members.

  • 2+ years proven experience in account managing digital campaigns within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrable B2B experience
  • Experience in property sectors would also be beneficial though not essential.
  • A background in digital strategy delivering a range of digital services including PPC, Paid Social and SEO campaigns.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A results-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with several stakeholders.
