Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid – Sheffield (minimum 2 days office-based per week)
The Vacancy
Quba is recruiting a Digital Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this client-facing role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of exciting clients including major UK airports, construction firms, healthcare providers, and ecommerce brands.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience managing accounts in a digital or agency environment, with a strong passion for building lasting client relationships and shaping strategic direction. You'll play a vital role in nurturing and growing existing accounts while delivering a reliable, high-quality service across a variety of projects.

- Developing strategies to meet clients' evolving needs and identifying opportunities for account growth
- Being the day-to-day "go-to" person for client communications, requests, and queries
- Managing the QubaCare support retainer: acting as the trusted, long-term point of contact for a roster of valued clients, ensuring their ongoing needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained
- Liaising closely with the Delivery, UX & Design, and Technical teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Taking and interrogating client briefs, scoping requirements, and working closely with the Delivery team to ensure smooth handover and execution
- Producing client-facing documents including project estimates, proposals, and timelines
- Ensuring client SLAs and support targets are met
- Attending client review and planning meetings
- Maintaining quality and client satisfaction at all times
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in a client-facing agency or digital role
- A passion for all things digital and a genuine willingness to learn
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A commercially minded approach, comfortable discussing budgets, identifying upsell opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth
- Well organised and able to prioritise and manage workload independently
- Confident in managing client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value
- A degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification

Nice to Haves
- Direct experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. Umbraco, Contentful, Wordpress or similar)
- Experience with CRM, SEO, or analytics tools
- Experience managing technical web projects
- Commutable to central Sheffield
