Are you an experienced digital account professional who enjoys bringing websites, digital projects and clients together?
We're working with a well-established marketing agency in central Cambridge that's looking to add a Senior Digital Account Executive or Digital Account Manager to its growing digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while keeping digital projects moving smoothly from brief through to delivery.
Working across a varied portfolio of clients, you'll become the day-to-day contact for digital activity, coordinating website updates, supporting new website launches and working closely with designers and developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
The role
This is a varied client-facing position where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing multiple digital projects, ensuring deadlines are met, clients are kept informed and work is delivered to a high standard.
You'll be involved in:
- Managing multiple digital projects from initial brief through to delivery
- Acting as the main point of contact for website updates, maintenance and ongoing support
- Coordinating with internal developers and creative teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements
- Producing project scopes, timelines and budgets
- Monitoring project progress and keeping clients updated throughout
- Testing websites and digital solutions before launch
- Building long-term relationships with clients and providing a first-class service
- Translating client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams

About you
We're looking for someone who has experience working within a marketing, digital or creative agency and is comfortable managing multiple client projects at once.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within a marketing, digital or creative agency
- Experience managing digital projects and client accounts
- Knowledge of website CMS platforms such as WordPress (Drupal or Shopify experience would be advantageous)
- An understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to prioritise multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence is required, as occasional travel to client sites forms part of the role.

Location:
This role is based in Cambridge 3 days a week. It’s easily commutable from Royston, Saffron Walden, Newmarket, Ely, Huntingdon, St Ives, Bury St Edmunds, and wider areas across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.
