💥 £28k to £36k 💥 Leeds City Centre – Fully remote
ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a great independent digital agency. These guys specialise within Web and UX within the eCommerce space. This digital agency work with a string of exciting brands and operate across the internal space!
About the role…
As a Digital Account Manager, the focus of your role will be to lead upon the client servicing for a selection of the agency’s key clients specifically across UX / Web and eCommerce.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
- Work closely with the client contact and ensure that campaign briefs dealt with correctly
- Sit within a large client service team and work with client across the eCommerce space
- Management of client projects including adding, updating and analysing data
- Amendment of client website content
- Manage new client request across design, new web features, promotions and activations
- Reporting across client KPI’s and presenting campaign progress with clients
- Work with Project Management team to ensure Web/UX changes are implemented on time / within budget

About you...
To be considered for this Digital Account Manager role you must have a passion for all things UX/Web and eCommerce

What we're looking for…
- Previous client service / Account management experience within a Web/UX agency
- Experience managing accounts that have had an eCommerce focus
- Strong understanding of Shopify, CRM, Product Management and Website Development
- Experience or working knowledge of JIRA, Google Analytics, and Confluence
- Be confident enough to speak to clients regularly and take lead upon meetings
- Be within commutable distance of Leeds, this role is fully remote however requires occasional travel to their central Leeds office
