About the job

We are a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are seeking a Digital Acquisition Assistant (m/f/d) to support the digital strategy for our 5 global brands.

Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, you will support our efforts to drive traffic and sales through search engines and digital advertising across Google and Amazon. You will be relied upon to work independently, manage your own priorities, and contribute to both paid and organic search (SEO) goals.

Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, the role is focused across the EMEA, Australia, and the United States.

The role will focus on Google and Amazon, running ads and improving visibility across both platforms. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment—collaborating cross-functionally, owning deliverables end-to-end, and helping define processes where none exist.

What you'll do

Paid Search & Performance

  • Support daily optimizations for Google and Amazon Ads to deliver maximum return on investment.
  • Maintain high data quality across systems, including Google Merchant Center and PIM, to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Assist with weekly reporting tasks using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Amazon Seller Central to help understand performance.
  • Brief and coordinate creative and copy changes in line with seasonal promotions and sales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
