Digital Acquisition Lead
Location: London preferred (Hybrid, minimum 3 days in office)
Working Pattern: Hybrid
Salary: £65-80,000 + Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Acquisition Business Analyst to join a growing organisation and play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven commercial decisions. Working at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and business performance, you will be responsible for building reporting capabilities, analysing acquisition data, and delivering actionable insights that influence senior leadership decisions.

Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed financial services group. The business has established a dedicated digital client acquisition function and is investing further in analytics and reporting to support continued growth.

Responsibilities
- Extract, interrogate, and interpret data from Snowflake and other business systems.
- Design and develop dashboards and visualisations to monitor acquisition performance.
- Deliver near real-time reporting on leads, marketing spend, appointments, conversions, and pipeline value.
- Analyse the full acquisition funnel and measure return on marketing investment.
- Validate and challenge performance reporting provided by external marketing partners.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Support planning activities through conversion modelling and scenario analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and commercial performance.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and/or Python skills with experience querying and manipulating raw data.
- Proven experience building MI, reporting, and dashboarding solutions from scratch.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, conversion funnels, customer value, and ROI.
- Experience working with multiple data sources across different systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and analytical approach.
- Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.

Desirable Experience
- Predictive modelling or dependency modelling experience.
- Ownership of campaign analytics from implementation through to reporting.
- Exposure to web analytics, paid media platforms, or call tracking technologies.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline tooling.
Location: London preferred with flexibility across UK office locations | Working Pattern: Hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office preferred.
