About The Role…

Stoneacre, a UK top 15 family-owned Motor Group, are expanding our Digital department. As a result, we are looking to recruit motivated, enthusiastic individuals like yourself to join our team and progress.

As a Digital Sales Administrator, you’ll support our Finance, Part Exchange, New Cars, and Chat teams to ensure all appointments and sales processes are handled efficiently and accurately. Acting as the link between digital operations and our dealerships, you’ll help deliver a seamless customer journey from enquiry to purchase, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group.

Please note that the role requires you to work from our Head Office based in Thorne (DN8).

An average day as a Digital Administrator…

  • Appointment Management: Book, confirm, and follow up customer appointments via our digital systems.
  • Deal Processing: Produce finance documents and input deals accurately into our systems.
  • System & Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records across all platforms.
  • Team Support: Liaise with dealerships and digital teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

About You…

  • Good standard of education (GCSE or equivalent).
  • Basic IT skills and confidence with Microsoft Office.
  • Administrative experience, ideally in automotive, finance, or a dealership environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, professional, and positive approach.
  • Strong time management and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What hours will you be working…

Delivering a flexible approach to shifts, covering 40 hours per week, covering department opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am - 8.00pm
  • Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • Sunday 10.30am – 5.00pm (weekends on a pro-rota basis)
