About The Opportunity
As the Digital Adoption Advisor based in our Bristol office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering engaging onboarding programmes, workshops, and resources
- Introducing new joiners to the firm’s digital tools and technologies
- Creating accessible and effective training materials and ensuring ongoing support is available
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and informative IT inductions for solicitors and support staff, covering software and systems used across the firm
- Provide refresher sessions for recently onboarded staff
- Support training delivery when new software is introduced or existing systems are upgraded
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to continually improve onboarding programmes and training effectiveness
- Adapt training styles to suit in-person and remote delivery needs
- Work with IT Support to address onboarding-related queries
- Assess and improve onboarding technologies and software solutions

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- A passion for presenting and communicating who can deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions, both in person and remotely
- Experience with legal-specific applications, such as:
- Time recording
- Dictation
- Case management
- Finance systems
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and coordinate onboarding programmes
- Experience or interest in creating e-learning content, ideally using tools like Adobe Captivate or similar
- A motivation to help others succeed and a passion for supporting new colleagues
- Comfort in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels across the firm
