Digital Adoption Sales Specialist – Radiation Oncology & Molecular Imaging

Summary

The Digital Adoption Sales Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating the adoption and commercial success of digital solutions in Radiation Oncology and molecular imaging. This customer-facing role is responsible for:

  • Promoting and demonstrating digital tools and platforms
  • Managing trials and driving customer success, satisfaction, and long-term engagement
  • Collaborating with Sales Account Managers, Product Specialists, and Imaging Digital Solutions teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions
  • Expanding share of wallet in existing accounts and supporting margin growth through value-based selling

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Solution Promotion & Trials

  • Lead product demonstrations and manage digital solution trials for molecular imaging and Radiation Oncology software/platforms
  • Define and execute a trial strategy to maximise impact and conversion
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align trials with broader commercial strategies
  • Develop and execute customer engagement programs, including:
    • Symposiums and congresses
    • Hands-on sessions
    • Webinars

2. Customer Success & Engagement

  • Drive customer success plans and serve as the primary point of contact for Molecular Imaging & Radiation Oncology solution users
  • Ensure high satisfaction, effective usage, and continuous value realisation
  • Gather feedback to identify training needs and bridge gaps with the Clinical Education team

3. Commercial Enablement

  • Work closely with Sales Account Managers & Product Specialists to:
    • Increase attachment rates of digital solutions in RTCT, SPECT, and PET deals
    • Demonstrate combined clinical and operational value of integrating digital platforms with imaging systems
    • Upsell & cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and margin expansion
    • Support sales teams with tailored messaging and value propositions highlighting strategic benefits of digital adoption

4. Training & Education Alignment

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Education team to align training needs with clinical and operational requirements
  • Facilitate onboarding and training delivery, ensuring a smooth transition into digital solution use
  • Support the planning and coordination of training programs

5. Feedback & Product Improvement

  • Gather user feedback and usage data to inform product development and enhancements
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation

6. Performance Monitoring

  • Track adoption metrics, usage patterns, and satisfaction KPIs
  • Demonstrate ROI to stakeholders through continuous improvement

7. Strategic Account Development

  • Identify digital growth opportunities within accounts
  • Align with broader commercial objectives

8. Sales Accountability

  • Achieve financial targets related to MIM Software & Molecular Imaging/Radiation Oncology digital solutions
  • Partner with Sales Account Managers and Product Sales teams to expand share of wallet, revenue, and margins

9. Collaboration with Digital Implementation Teams

  • Work with Imaging Digital Solutions team responsible for IT implementation
  • Define best-fit offerings during sales to ensure seamless installation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Health IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical applications, preferably in imaging or diagnostics
  • Strong understanding of molecular imaging workflows and digital health ecosystems

Desired Characteristics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to engage clinical and technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, including:
    • Training coordination
    • Onboarding
    • Customer success management
  • Experience with digital platforms, SaaS models, or enterprise healthcare software
  • Strong analytical mindset—ability to interpret usage data and customer feedback
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
