About Us

Lawfront is one of the UK's most ambitious and rapidly expanding Legal Groups. Through strategic acquisition and the integration of high‑performing regional law firms, we are building a national platform that combines local excellence with the strength, investment, and innovation of a modern Legal organisation.

Our growth trajectory is significant — and accelerating. As we continue to welcome new firms into the Lawfront family, we are strengthening our central functions to ensure we deliver consistent, scalable, and best‑in‑class support across the Group.

As part of this, we are working to further increase our digital capabilities with the hire of a Digital Advertising Executive.

Role Overview

We're looking for someone who will bring experience of running Paid Advertising Campaigns; supporting their planning, execution, and optimisation across channels including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on improving performance and delivering measurable results.

In Addition, You Will

  • Assist in managing and scaling paid media budgets, contributing to programmes exceeding £1m in annual spend across multiple accounts, applying a test and learn approach to improve ROI/ROAS and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Contribute to channel diversification initiatives by identifying and testing new opportunities to improve reach and performance.
  • Work closely with digital agencies and external partners to deliver effective campaigns that generate high-quality leads and new business demand.
  • Utilise core marketing platforms (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA4) to support digital growth programme across the group.
  • Analyse campaign data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure campaigns remain competitive within a highly saturated sector.
  • Ensure tracking, tagging, and reporting are accurate and aligned with group best practices to ensure high quality data is delivered where possible.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including interpreting performance data, building reports, and recommending optimisations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (e.g. ROI, CTR, CPC, etc) using GA4 and platform data (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
