About the Role

We are entering an exciting era of agentic commerce, where AI agents, autonomous search, and intelligent consumer experiences reshape how people discover, evaluate, and buy. We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in ecommerce transformation, digital commerce, and direct-to-customer growth. Experience with commerce operating models, go-to-market strategies, and an understanding of the agentic commerce landscape, along with hands-on curiosity in emerging AI tooling, are crucial to this role.

You are a problem solver with strong delivery experience, both in industry and consulting, thriving in fast-paced, agile environments. As a trusted advisor, you will facilitate workshops, develop business recommendations, and build stakeholder-centric business cases—including those related to AI and agentic commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client needs into tailored solutions that advance ecommerce, commerce operations, and commerce technologies.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, leading workshops and translating intricate technology choices into actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Analyse and develop clear guidance on commerce technology requirements, leveraging knowledge of commerce platforms, PIM, search and merchandising, CRM, CDP, loyalty programs, and MarTech solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of commerce projects, ensuring strategic planning, quality assurance, and seamless go-live.
  • Adopt and integrate AI tools daily, including LLMs, prototyping with agentic frameworks, and emerging agentic capabilities, to boost delivery quality and accelerate projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
