Digital Analyst Role
This Digital Analyst role is focused on driving digital insights across an integrated eCommerce and services platform. You will support teams spanning digital trading, performance marketing, and digital product, using data to improve onsite conversion, media efficiency, and overall digital performance. The role plays a key part in embedding a data-driven culture and influencing strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Analyse paid media performance and provide recommendations to optimise budget allocation and ROI
- Deliver onsite analytics deep-dives, identifying conversion opportunities and funnel improvements
- Partner with product teams to assess and optimise the performance of new digital features
- Own and evolve reporting and dashboarding, ensuring it aligns with business needs
- Produce weekly and periodic performance reporting for the eCommerce function
- Develop business cases using data across media, onsite performance, and commercial metrics

About You
- 3+ years’ experience in Digital Analytics, eCommerce, or Digital Marketing
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery (GCP)
- Proven ability to analyse digital performance across media and onsite funnels
- Experience working in medium to large online businesses
- Stakeholder management experience within cross-functional teams
- Certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification and ContentSquare preferred
