Digital Analytics Consultant | Hybrid (UK) | Up to £70,000 (depending on experience)

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Analytics Consultant to help optimise digital customer journeys through analytics, experimentation and performance measurement.

  • Analyse digital customer journeys to identify opportunities for optimisation and increased conversion
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation programmes, measuring success and recommending improvements
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting to monitor digital and marketing performance
  • Deliver actionable insights on customer behaviour, digital campaigns and product launches
  • Present recommendations to stakeholders and influence data-driven business decisions

Your Experience

Our client is looking for an analytical, commercially minded professional with experience in digital analytics and customer behaviour, ideally within financial services.

  • 3–5 years' experience in Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Customer Analytics
  • Strong experience analysing digital customer journeys and online marketing performance
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (or similar web analytics platforms)
  • Experience supporting A/B testing, experimentation or CRO programmes
  • SQL experience and exposure to Adobe Target, GA4 or similar analytics tools would be highly beneficial
  • Previous experience within Banking, Credit Cards, Consumer Finance or Financial Services would be highly advantageous
