Key Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing digital marketing performance and customer journeys to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement and conversion.
- Supporting A/B and multivariate testing initiatives by evaluating results, generating insights and recommending optimisation opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and performance metrics to track digital marketing and customer experience outcomes.
- Assessing campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour across digital channels to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Producing analytical insights and performance reviews for digital initiatives, product launches and experimentation programmes.
- Collaborating with Digital Marketing, Product and Analytics teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Combining and analysing data from multiple sources to create a comprehensive view of customer and marketing performance.
- Communicating findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Keeping up to date with developments in digital products, customer journey optimisation and marketing analytics best practices.

Skills, Experience and Attributes
We are looking for candidates with:
- A Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or another numerically focused discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics or Customer Analytics.
- Proven experience analysing digital marketing campaigns, customer journeys and online conversion performance.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics, web analytics and customer behaviour analysis.
- Experience supporting A/B testing and digital experimentation programmes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Experience working with large datasets and a range of analytical tools.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work effectively within cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Banking, Credit Cards or Financial Services would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred).
- Familiarity with Adobe Target, GA4 or similar digital analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
- Experience supporting digital acquisition, customer experience or conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
