About FinregE
FinregE is the Regulatory Compliance Operating System (RCOS) — the only platform that takes a regulation from publication to policy in one connected, AI-powered workflow.
Founded eight years ago through an Innovate UK Smart Grant, FinregE has grown through a combination of deep regulatory expertise, innovative technology, and a client-first culture focused on listening, collaboration, and rapid product innovation.
Today, FinregE supports tier-one financial institutions, regulators, and global organisations with regulatory intelligence and compliance infrastructure. Our work includes a multi-year contract with the UK Regulator, alongside strategic investment from Moody's.
As regulatory complexity grows globally, FinregE is expanding beyond financial services into additional regulated sectors including pharmaceuticals, food & agriculture, and automotive.
FinregE has been building production AI capabilities for regulatory intelligence for over eight years — long before the recent surge in generative AI adoption. Our platform combines regulatory expertise, machine learning, and advanced language models to transform how organisations interact with regulation.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact individual contributor role at the centre of FinregE's growth strategy.
FinregE has strong product capability, major institutional clients, and global credibility — but our market visibility does not yet reflect the scale of our achievements.
We are looking for a mid level experienced, ambitious content and digital strategist who can translate FinregE's complex regulatory technology capabilities into clear, compelling content that drives qualified traffic, elevates brand authority, and supports enterprise sales across global markets.
You will own FinregE's content and digital presence across all channels — website, LinkedIn, blog, email, and downloadable assets. You will work directly with senior leadership, product, and sales teams to shape how the market understands FinregE.
This is not a generalist marketing role. You will be expected to understand the compliance and regulatory technology space at a practitioner level and produce content that is precise, authoritative, and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
Website Content & Positioning (40%)
- Own end-to-end website content creation including value propositioning, go-to-market messaging, and SaaS solution positioning against market demand
- Ensure all FinregE solutions and company messaging align with core positioning: "The only platform that takes a regulation from publication to policy in one connected, AI-powered workflow"
- Translate complex regulatory and AI technologies into clear, differentiated market narratives that resonate with compliance practitioners, risk leaders, and technology buyers
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate capability updates into customer-outcome language
- Maintain message consistency across all web properties, landing pages, and conversion points
- Manage WordPress and associated design tools to ensure website quality and performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
