We are looking for a Digital and Operations Lead to work within our Marketing Department at our business centre in Castleford.

About The Role

The role will involve optimising brand awareness & trial, the online UX and customer targeting to deliver lead gen & Ecommerce sales targets.

On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:

Identify new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Work in tandem with the marketing comm’s team and wider marketing team. Manage and develop our website. Optimise the potential from our social media presence, including defining correct channels.

We are looking for somebody with 5 years + digital marketing experience and at least 3 years of people management experience. Here are the other skills we are looking for:

Experience of marketing automation & CRM and lead nurture (Hubspot experience an advantage). Strong CMS experience and previous management of company website/s Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM and/or display advertising campaigns. A social media native used to managing and developing corporate platforms. Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels. Experience of managing and leading agency partners. IT skills (Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. An independent operator, able to use initiative, predict & solve problems. Organised with a high level of attention to detail and excellent project management skills. Full UK Driving Licence.
