Senior Demand Generation Manager – Marketing Strategy

Are you an experienced marketing professional who's looking to guide the strategy that shapes real business growth?

From installing home-charging units to helping commercial customers select vehicles and plan infrastructure, we’re redefining mobility.

What You’ll Do

In this marketing leadership role, you’ll:

  • Own demand generation, content strategy and digital performance—critical for our growth and audience expansion.
  • Report to the Head of Marketing, shaping how we connect with customers and optimise our digital presence.
  • Align your work with our ambitions to reach new markets and drive engagement.

This hybrid role (50% office-based in Newbury) includes key responsibilities:

  • Build and refine paid media, owned channels and partnerships to support lead generation.
  • Monitor campaign performance (cost per lead, engagement, and conversion rates).
  • Oversee content strategy—developing case studies, testimonials, and award submissions to showcase impact.
  • Ensure our website delivers seamless conversion journeys by optimising user experience and welcoming design.

What You’ll Bring

You’re driven, collaborative, and love turning strategy into action. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thrives on data-driven insights and loves translating analytics into impactful decisions.
  • Enjoys creative experimentation with digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Analytics (GA4), performance reporting tools).
  • Excels at leading teams, mentoring talent, and fostering a united purpose.

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in a marketing management role (in-house or agency).
  • Strong performance marketing, analytics (GA4), and strategic thinking skills.
  • Confident in digital campaign execution (paid, owned, partnerships).
  • Automated workflows and optimisation to meet KPIs.
