Digital and Social Media Manager - B2B / Corporate - FTC

Digital and Social Media Manager (B2B and B2C) – 12 month FTC

We are working with a fast-growing boutique communications consultancy, looking to strengthen their digital team.

They partner with companies and brands across a range of sectors, including financial services and fintech – and they are looking for a Digital and Social Media Manager to join the team on a FTC (Fixed-Term Contract). This role is initially for 12 months, with a view to potentially extending it into a permanent position.

The agency advises a variety of organisations – from start-ups to global businesses – on:

  • Communications strategies
  • PR
  • Engagement plans
  • Crisis management

Their work spans broader marketing, including:

  • Paid digital marketing
  • Social media
  • Visual content creation

Clients are generally purpose-led technology-focused businesses in areas such as fintech and innovation.

The Role

Reporting into the Digital Director, this Digital and Social Media Manager will lead the planning, creation, and delivery of high-impact social and digital campaigns across a mix of primarily corporate and B2B, with some B2C clients.

This is a hands-on role combining:

  • Strategy
  • Content creation
  • Design

You’ll:

  • Help create written and visual content across digital, social, media, and client materials.
  • Focus on experience in crafting polished assets.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers for more complex creative work where needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
