Digital Apprenticeship Trainer/Coach
Salary: up to £55,000 per annum
Location: Remote working with occasional travel for clients and head office meetings
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: Up to 34 days annual leave, including bank holidays.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing apprenticeship provider seeking an experienced Digital Apprenticeship Skills Coach to support learners across Digital Support Technician, Data Technician, Data Analyst, and emerging AI & Automation programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical digital skills and apprenticeship delivery experience who is passionate about developing the next generation of digital talent.

This company have an amazing reputation for Quality, highly learner centric and offer a relaxed, supportive working environment. Caseloads management is a maximum of 35 learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual and face-to-face technical workshops.
- Coach apprentices in Microsoft 365, digital systems, IT support, data handling, and workplace technology.
- Support learners with portfolio development and EPA preparation.
- Conduct learner progress reviews and maintain strong employer relationships.
- Develop engaging learning resources and contribute to curriculum improvements.
- Support learners in applying technical skills within real workplace environments.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience delivering Digital, AI or Data Apprenticeship programmes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, digital systems, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of apprenticeship standards, KSB mapping, and EPA preparation.
- Experience creating and delivering training materials.
- Knowledge of AI tools and digital automation.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and learner support skills.
- Relevant Digital, IT, or Data qualifications at level 3 and above
Highly desirable
- Teaching, training, assessing, or coaching qualifications
