Position: Fine Artist, Including Painter, Sculptor, or Illustrator
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $49 - $98/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 - 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Create and curate original artwork using traditional and digital techniques.
- Apply visual elements such as color, composition, and perspective to support AI training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define artistic objectives and deliverables.
- Analyze and document creative processes for AI learning and model improvement.
- Maintain and update a professional portfolio showcasing diverse artistic styles.
- Communicate artistic concepts and methodologies clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Support AI-driven creative initiatives and contribute to visual content development.

Requirements
- Strong experience in fine arts, illustration, painting, sculpture, or related fields.
- Proficiency with traditional and digital art tools, including design software.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and artistic techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Interest in working at the intersection of art and AI technologies.
