Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role Purpose Own the full lifecycle of Neko's creative assets: from intake and production through storage, distribution and retirement. You'll build and maintain a DAM that the whole org can actually use, be the first port of call for anyone who needs design assets, and keep brand consistency as we scale. What you'll do in the first 6-12 Months Build and run our DAM: folder structure, access control, version control, rights compliance, and archiving. Quality-check, upload and distribute final assets to the right channels and stakeholders. Use AI tools daily to accelerate asset production, retouching, resizing and variant generation. Train teams on asset workflows and document best practices. Minimum Requirements Experience in creative operations, post-production or an in-house brand team. Fluent with AI tools for production tasks: retouching, resizing, generating variants, automating repetitive work. Experience with DAM platforms like Frontify or similar asset portals. Experience handling large video files and owning transfers between global teams. Systems thinker who builds processes that make creative work faster for everyone. Excellent communications skills, being the first point of contact for internal and external teams needing access to our content. Good understanding of legal limitations and usage for assets - communicating clearly what is usable and what isn't. Nice to have Support editors with exports, transcodes and QC across Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and similar tools. Quick design tasks in Photoshop: exporting files, dropping in logos, minor artwork amends. We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! About titles at Neko We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process. Hiring Process Candidates progress from application and structured screening through thoughtfully designed interviews culminating in a formal offer and final pre-employment checks before joining the team. Equal Opportunity & Inclusion Statement Neko Health is committed to inclusive hiring and member-first care. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and encourage you to request reasonable adjustments to support your application.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
