DIGITAL ASSISTANT MERCHANDISER Role overview:
Working within the Digital Merchandising team, to manage the merchandising across our digital channels ensuring the Visual Merchandising is accurate and commercial. Analysing product sales and stock to drive Trade and stock sell-through. Managing the relationship with Trade, Digital Marketing and Buying teams to deliver high quality site performance Key Responsibilities: Web and store sales analysis to identify key opportunities/pushes for site Content and the various Digital Marketing channels. Identify and drive underperforming brands/categories/products Stock analysis to maximise opportunities and sell-through Own the on-site Merchandising tool, Algolia, to manage all Visual Merchandising, product rankings, navigation, cross sell/upsell and search optimisation, overseen by the Senior Merchandiser Manage commercial collections and campaign links Regular site walks to identify/flag any issues Role objectives and KPI’s: Product & Franchise performance & sell-through Manage key product launches Campaign creation and merchandising Managing merchandising rules Add-to-basket rate Conversion Rate optimisation Skills and Experience: Confident working with datasets and various reporting tools (eg Excel, Power Bi, Google Analytics, etc). A working understanding of other areas of an ecommerce business Self-motivated, able to deliver work to a high standard within a deadline. Good organisation and time-management skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and good team player. Sales Analysis. Cross function coordination.
