About the role:
The Innovation & Development team are looking for an experienced Senior Developer (Product Development) to join a collaborative and forward-thinking product team. You will work across offices and locations, contributing to a culture that values innovation, quality, and teamwork.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, enterprise-level applications for a wide range of clients across different industries. You will manage stakeholders, contribute to technical design, and support the development of junior team members, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex products, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is keen to develop cutting-edge solutions using modern technologies.
What your days will look like:
You will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions as part of a dynamic product team, contributing to both technical delivery and team development:
- Develop and deliver high-quality backend and/or frontend solutions using Python (FastAPI) and/or React JS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape and deliver product features
- Coach and support junior developers, promoting best practices and code quality
- Contribute to solution design, deployment, and continuous improvement across projects

This role is for you if:
- Strong experience in backend development using Python (FastAPI) and/or frontend development using React JS
- Experience delivering enterprise-level applications within a product or client environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience working in collaborative, multi-location teams
- Understanding of SQL, DevOps, Docker, containers, or deployment practices
- Exposure to AI architecture, Databricks, or AI-assisted development is beneficial
