Digital Brand Designer
Digital Brand Designer
hackajob is collaborating with Flutter UK & Ireland to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.
We have three of the biggest names in sports betting: Betfair, Sky Bet, and Paddy Power. Each has a fiercely distinct identity, a loyal audience, and a presence across apps, TV, social campaigns, and beyond.
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to help bring one of these iconic brands to life across every surface it touches.
You’ll work within a close-knit Brand Design team, with each designer focused on a single brand. Day-to-day, you’ll create high-quality visual work for product, campaigns, motion, and social, ensuring the brand is consistently recognisable, distinct, and executed with genuine craft.
This is a role for someone who values excellence, understands brand at a deeper level, and is eager to expand their skills across digital and marketing contexts.
What You’ll Do
Brand Differentiation & Identity
- Define and evolve clear visual territories for each brand, ensuring immediate recognition
- Protect each brand’s personality, tone, and positioning across all outputs
- Actively prevent brand convergence across products and touchpoints
- Translate brand strategy into tangible, differentiated design direction
Brand Expression in Product
- Define principles and guardrails for how each brand translates into digital UI and in-app experiences
- Create practical, opinionated guidelines for Product Designers, rooted in the brand’s visual DNA
- Collaborate with Product Design to embed brand effectively without compromising usability
Cross-Team Alignment
- Bridge gaps between Brand, Commercial, Studio, and Product, unifying brand expression
- Align with Content Designers to ensure visual language aligns with tone of voice

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
