Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Digital Brand Manager to join a leading healthcare company within their Speciality Brands division, based in the UK. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead the development and execution of innovative digital strategies that enhance customer engagement and optimize online and offline customer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping digital initiatives that support the company's commercial objectives, working across multiple digital channels and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
As Digital Brand Manager, you will drive the performance of non-promotional product portfolios within the Speciality Brands business unit, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities and create impactful digital marketing plans. Key Duties And Responsibilities
Your duties as the Digital Brand Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital engagement strategies designed to strengthen customer relationships and align with business performance goals.
- Manage and optimise customer journeys, content, and digital platforms, ensuring an engaging, compliant, and seamless experience across all channels.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns—including CRM, CLM, and multichannel initiatives—aimed at increasing customer retention, engagement, and loyalty, while monitoring KPI performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to produce compelling content and tactical campaign opportunities, while proactively identifying new digital solutions such as interactive tools or AI chatbots.
- As the Digital Brand Manager, you will stay current on emerging industry trends, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance digital approaches.

Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Digital Brand Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Digital Communications).
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, with a strong understanding of multichannel strategy, customer journeys, and segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform digital strategies and customer segmentation plans.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
