Digital Business Analyst (Ecommerce and Customer)
Our story began with one man and his vision; to bring vibrant, colourful, hand-crafted artisan clothes from faraway places to the markets of London. It is a journey that started on a hippy commune in Ibiza, 1970, and finished with an overland trip east, through Afghanistan and India. Now found in West London, we’re creating vibrant products, and sharing endless discovery.
About the Role
We are now looking for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Technology team. This role is ideal for someone with 2 - 3 years experience working in digital or ecommerce environments. The role supports ongoing development of ecommerce and customer-facing systems, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and external partners to define requirements, shape e2e design, support project delivery, will have knowledge of Operational Acceptance and Non-Functional testing processes and play a key role in testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) during sprint and release cycles.
Please note, this role requires the shared responsibility of covering out of hours incidents with the rest of the team, operating on a rota system.
What will you be doing as a Digital Business Analyst?
- Work with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements.
- Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate business needs into actionable solutions, supporting end to end design beyond the digital platform.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Support end-to-end testing efforts, including system testing, UAT coordination, and hands-on testing.
- Track and help resolve issues during release cycles.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for platform features, changes, and workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ecommerce and customer-facing systems.
- Provide cover for out of hours incidents shared with the rest of the team members on the digital rota.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
