Digital Business Analyst - Loyalty Systems / Retail - to £60k + Bens, 9 Month Initial Fixed Term Contract

We're partnering with a leading Retail / Hospitality company to recruit a Digital Business Analyst for a major customer experience transformation programme.
This role will play a key part in the replacement of multiple booking platforms with a new customer-facing solution, helping to shape and deliver seamless digital experiences for millions of Customers internationally.

Working closely with stakeholders across digital, retail, hospitality and customer experience teams, you'll gather and define business requirements, map customer journeys, facilitate workshops and translate business needs into solutions that deliver real value to customers.
We're keen to speak with Business Analysts who have experience of:
- Retail, eCommerce or customer-facing digital platforms
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- User stories, use cases and acceptance criteria
- Agile delivery environments
- Customer journey and digital experience initiatives
- Working closely with development and testing teams
