An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Health Service at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust as a Digital Business Analyst.
The successful candidate will join the Business Analysis and Change Team, supporting the delivery of digital transformation across our services.
You will:
- Work as part of a dynamic team to support the analysis, design and implementation of digital change initiatives.
- Work closely with clinical teams, operational managers and wider stakeholders to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and support the development of effective digital solutions.
We are looking for:
- A motivated and organised individual with experience in business analysis or service improvement, ideally within a digital or healthcare environment.
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of change across a varied portfolio of projects.
- A good understanding of Business Analysis, including experience of using recognised tools, techniques and methodologies, along with a working knowledge of project management principles.

The Digital Business Analyst Will:
- Support the delivery of digital-enabled change across a range of clinical and support services.
- Work closely with project managers, digital leads and stakeholders.
- Engage with clinical and operational teams to understand existing pathways and processes.
- Support the identification, analysis and documentation of business requirements.
- Assist in the co-design of future state processes and digital solutions.
- Produce clear and structured documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications and stakeholder analysis.
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to benefits realisation activities, including identifying, documenting and tracking expected benefits.
- Support the planning and delivery of change management activities to enable successful adoption of digital solutions.
- Work across multiple projects, supporting delivery in line with agreed priorities, timelines and standards.
