Digital Business Architect – Multiple Openings
Global Leading Digital Consultancy
About the Role
A global leading Digital Consultancy, specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices across:
- London
- Bristol
- Manchester
- Newcastle
- Glasgow
The role offers a flexi working model, including the option to work remotely, hybrid, or on-site (ad hoc client visits required, averaging 1-2 per month but subject to variation).
The team is rapidly growing and is exploring opportunities across Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors, requiring digital professionals with multi-disciplinary expertise to lead Digital Transformation projects.
Senior Consultant Budget (excluding commission): €65K-70K p.a.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for business leaders, translating strategic objectives into actionable digital transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable digital architectures, aligning with agile and DevOps approaches to support next-generation AI, cloud, and data-driven solutions.
- Lead next-gen AI evaluation, scoping, and implementation across industry sectors – particularly in Government, Finance, Retail, and Energy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technology stack implications and core business requirements.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to adopt lean, process-improvement (Six Sigma), or sustainability-driven methodologies.
- Facilitate ** organisational change** initiatives, integrating process improvements, training, and tooling to ensure sustainable uptake.
- Analyze financial, operational, and commercial opportunities presented by transformative projects to maximise business value.

Requirements & Essential Qualifications
- Engagement Eligibility: Must be eligible (or apply) for SC Security Clearance (internal requirement for certain workstreams).
- Consulting/Industry Experience: 3+ years as a Business/Enterprise Architect, Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Demonstrable expertise in recognized business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate).
- Technology-Enabled Business Transformation: Proven ability to rethink and rebuild business models through service design, digital process optimization, or organisation redesign.
- AI & Data Acumen: Deep understanding of AI use cases, including scoping business problems around data, people, processes, and sustainability, within project lifecycles.
- Technical Collaboration: Strong ability to translate business needs into technical scope without losing sight of business value.
- Financial Analysis & Strategy: Experience incorporating cost-benefit, risk analysis, and business case modelling to drive informed decisions.
- Methodologies: Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies or similar approaches to improve operations and organisational efficiency.

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI governance and ethics within Government/Financial regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in industry-specific digital transformations (e.g., Healthcare, Energy sensors, Industrial Leasing processes).
- Hands-on knowledge of delivery tools such as Miro, Jira, Service Now, or Power BI.
