Digital Business Development Manager

Are you a Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business in the IT or Digital Services industry? We want to hear from you!

Express Recruitment are delighted to working with a leading software company who are looking for a talented BDM to join their growing sales function. Our client is looking for a proactive, results orientated professional who is looking to join an industry leading organisation.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £50k DOE, with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £90K, alongside pool car, access to perkbox and more. Hybird working is also offered, working in the Nottingham-based office 3 days a week.

Skills & Experience

Experience within a similar technology/software sales role Demonstrable track record within corporate sales Experience of KPIs and motivated by targets to achieve commission Excellent communication skills Full UK driving licence

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver a multi-channel approach to generate new business with both new and existing clients Researching potential clients generating leads with autonomy Contributing in strategy meetings, having an input in how to contact new clients Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as, number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions and number of closed sales Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively
