Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading software company who are looking for a talented BDM to join their growing sales function. Our client is looking for a proactive, results-orientated professional who is looking to join an industry-leading organisation.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of up to £50k DOE, with an uncapped commission structure offering a realistic OTE of £90K, alongside pool car, access to perkbox and more. Hybrid working is also offered, working in the Nottingham-based office 3 days a week.
Skills & Experience
- Experience within a similar technology/software sales role
- Demonstrable track record within corporate sales
- Experience of KPIs and motivated by targets to achieve commission
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence

- Deliver a multi-channel approach to generate new business with both new and existing clients
- Researching potential clients generating leads with autonomy
- Contributing in strategy meetings, having an input in how to contact new clients
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions, and number of closed sales
- Qualifying and understanding all opportunities effectively
