Job Description Join us as a Digital Business Development Specialist (f/m/d) and seize the opportunity to actively shape digital business development strategies and make a real impact in global markets. Strategic thinking meets operational action here – from market development and campaign development to optimising the customer journey. If you have a passion for digital, entrepreneurial drive and a desire for international collaboration, this is the place for you. Executing digital business development activities aligned with the overall sales strategy. Identifying and analysing international target markets and customers in coordination with the global business development team. Contributing to the development of the digital services portfolio in collaboration with the Digital Services unit. Supporting the design, implementation and analysis of sales campaigns in cooperation with operational teams. Monitoring KPIs and assisting in the continuous optimisation of digital sales processes and structures. Contributing to the design of customer journeys and to increasing customer value through targeted conversion optimisation. Supporting activities related to the international partner network in the area of digital sales. You’ll be comfortable framing ROI, TCO and business cases. Qualifications Successfully completed degree in computer science / business informatics / business administration or comparable training Some years of experience in the design and implementation of business development strategies for digital solutions and services Experience in portfolio management and supporting international target markets and customers in the B2B sector Strategic and solution-oriented thinking with a high level of implementation competence Independent team player with entrepreneurial drive and creative flair Communication skills and intercultural competence in dealing with stakeholders Digital affinity paired with business sense and enthusiasm Fluent English skills. German knowledge would be an asset.
