At Blackpool and The Fylde College, we’re more than an education provider – we’re a driving force for opportunity, innovation and community growth. As one of the UK’s leading further education colleges and an exempt charity, we deliver high-quality technical and professional education that transforms lives and supports regional prosperity. With over 12,500 students and around 1,000 colleagues, we’re proud to be an anchor institution driving social mobility, inclusion and success.

The Role

B&FC are welcoming applications for a full-time Digital Campaign Manager in our service area of Marketing.

The Digital Campaign Manager will lead the tactical delivery and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns that support student recruitment, employer engagement, and commercial income across Further Education (FE), Higher Education (HE), apprenticeships, and commercial provision.

You will balance campaign planning and delivery with data-driven optimisation. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across the full learner lifecycle, using insight, audience understanding, and performance data to continuously improve effectiveness, conversion, and return on investment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Plan, deliver and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, organic social media, email marketing, websites, and landing pages, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop targeted audience strategies, creating and applying learner and employer personas to tailor messaging, creative content, and campaign activity for key recruitment and commercial markets.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation activity, supporting lead generation and nurturing through automated communication journeys that engage prospective students, apprentices, employers, and other key audiences.
  • Ensure digital marketing excellence and compliance, maintaining high standards of accessibility, GDPR compliance, digital best practice, and continuous improvement across campaign delivery and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, working closely with curriculum, admissions, employer engagement teams, agencies, and suppliers to align campaign activity with recruitment, engagement, and income-generation priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
