The Vacancy

We’re always looking for exceptional people to join our multinational team of talented professionals. We’re currently seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join our global Marketing team and support the delivery of impactful, data-driven digital campaigns across international markets.

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in the UK.

As our Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engage customers, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth. Working collaboratively with global marketing, sales, product teams, and external partners, you will help transform business objectives into effective digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.

This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer who enjoys combining creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking to improve campaign performance and deliver engaging customer experiences across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, email, website, social media, and content marketing channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Support digital content development and ensure campaigns are tailored to different customer audiences and global markets.
  • Use insights, market trends, and customer data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
