Digital Coach/Trainer - AI/Microsoft
Do you have experience of working in Schools or businesses training staff to be more productive using Microsoft 365 applications? Primary Goal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Digital Coach/Trainer who is passionate about supporting apprentices on their learning journey through our AI Microsoft 365 programme.
The successful applicant will be supporting staff throughout their apprenticeship to achieve their goals as part of digital transformation and optimising their use of AI and Microsoft application licences within their workplaces. As we continue to grow, we are keen to appoint an experienced team member who is looking for a progressive company and to bring fresh ideas to our team. If you have a passion for digital transformation and training staff in workload optimisation, we would love to hear from you. Essential knowledge & skills: Experience of training staff in MS365, Co-pilot and Power Apps Experience with tools such as Teams, OneNote, Forms, SharePoint, Google Classroom, Canva, Padlet, Kahoot, Quizizz, Wakelet or similar Teaching, coaching or assessing qualification(s) Understanding of Pedagogy first-digital transformation where technology enhances learning rather than replaces good teaching A track record of offering careers information, advice and guidance to learners (CIAG) Experience delivering engaging online training sessions using interactive approaches such as breakout rooms, polls, collaborative documents, whiteboards and discussion tasks Strong facilitation skills with the ability to make online learning active, inclusive and professionally engaging Desirable knowledge & skills: Knowledge of how digital tools can support adaptive teaching, accessibility, SEND, workload reduction and learner independence Good understanding and experience of using Microsoft automation technologies Microsoft Certified Trainer Any relevant IT or Trainer Certifications (MS, Google, Apple etc) A background in Schools, FE or corporate Microsoft 365 Training Experience of working within digital apprenticeships, bootcamps or funded training programmes Strong caseload management skills Primary Goal offers: Remote working with all equipment provided 25 days holiday plus public holidays Company pension scheme A strong focus on career and personal development with regular on-the-job training Opportunities for growth, development and promotion within a growing organisation Salary Band £38-42k based on skills and experience Disability Confident: Primary Goal is committed to being a Disability Confident Employer, and as such will make reasonable adjustments required for interview.
