JOB TITLE: Digital Commerce Account Manager

GRADE: 1C

LOCATION: Kingston

JOB DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE:

We are seeking a passionate and high-performing Customer Account Manager to support the acceleration of our Digital Commerce business. This high-exposure role spans both mature and emerging customers across B2B and B2C channels. The Digital Commerce Account Manager will own the day-to-day customer relationships, with accountability for driving growth in established platforms while also scaling and expanding our emerging social commerce channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strong, sustainable customer relationships with your customers.
  • Full P&L responsibility for your customers, including the delivery of all internal metrics (Share, Volume, Turnover, Gross Profit, and UOP) and direct investment (including BMI).
  • Build and execute winning Joint Business Plan for relevant customers.
  • Drive price, promotion and bundling strategies with agility, optimising for share.
  • Own your digital commerce shop storefront.
  • Manage in-month performance vs forecast, working closely with Wholesaler Controllers and Customer Operations to effectively manage accruals, pricing, range changes, and S&OP.
  • Provide clear, timely, and actionable business reviews, inputs and updates to all relevant functions.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Commercial performance for your customers, with a particular focus on share, volume, and distribution.
  • Strong commercial acumen, internal reporting accuracy, stakeholder management, and execution of the category growth plan for the channel.
  • Building best in class relationships with key customers.
  • Elevate Digital Commerce internally to always have a seat at the table.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Experience in digital commerce trading, marketplace management or D2C site operations (e.g., Amazon 3P, Shopify, TikTok shop, retailer.com trading).
  • Strong commercial acumen and commercial creativity, with previous E2E experience managing a P&L.
  • Exceptional customer partnering.
  • Holistic selling experience, with demonstrable skills in using category, shopper and customer data to build compelling selling stories.
  • Comfortable working at pace in a constantly evolving environment.
