Innovative, ambitious and imaginative, Vinarchy challenges the conventions of the industry to lead, shape and grow the future of the wine category.About The Role The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for accelerating online sales, conversion and brand visibility across grocery e-commerce, pureplay, quick-commerce and digital marketplace environments within the EMEA region.
This role ensures Vinarchy brands win at the digital shelf, translating brand strategy into high-impact online execution while optimising shopper journeys, search visibility, content, and retail media performance, ultimately driving conversion to purchase of Vinarchy brands.
The role plays a critical link between Brand, Sales, Category & Media to ensure e-commerce is a growth engine for revenue and supports brand equity growth.Key Responsibilities Digital Shelf & Online Execution
Deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution across retailer platforms (Grocery e-commerce, pureplay, quick-commerce, & other key partners) Fully maximising Vinarchy’s presence in the e-commerce space, specifically with platforms such as Tesco.com, Asda.com, Amazon, Ocado etc.. Optimise product content, imagery, SEO and enhanced content to improve discoverability and conversion to purchase. Ensure brand consistency and content compliance across retailer environments . Maintain strong visibility of NPD, promotions and priority SKUs online.
E-commerce Media & Performance Management
Lead planning and optimisation of e-commerce media investment across key customers Line manage and develop the Retail Media Executive to deliver campaigns effectively Monitor performance metrics including ROAS, CPC, conversion and share of search Ensure e-commerce media is fully integrated with customer activation plans and promotional cycles

Customer Activation & Growth Plans
Partner with Customer Marketing & Sales teams to embed digital commerce into joint business plans Identify opportunities to improve online category presence & discoverability, cross-sell opportunities and promotional visibility Support retailer-specific activations, bundles and digital exclusives Deliver the thought leadership & identify new opportunities for growth in this channel in the medium to longer term.
Shopper Journey & Conversion Optimisation
Work with Brand & Content teams to deliver conversion-led digital content Ensure product pages reflect shopper decision triggers and category navigation behaviour Improve ratings & reviews performance and shopper trust signals
Performance Tracking & Insight
Track key KPIs including conversion, search visibility (top 3, 1st page), availability visibility, media efficiency and content compliance Generate insights to improve performance and inform future customer and brand planning Monitor competitor activity and evolving e-commerce best practice & provide clear recommendations to the business on course of action & opportunities.
Operational Delivery
Manage digital tools and retailer platforms Maintain activation calendars for promotions and launches Ensure timely and accurate execution of online campaign

Min 5 years' experience in grocery & pure-play e-commerce, digital commerce or shopper marketing Understanding of e-commerce media platforms and performance metrics Strong commercial mindset and customer activation experience Ability to manage performance data and translate into action Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand & Category teams FMCG or drinks experience Experience managing Amazon or marketplace environments Experience line managing or mentoring junior team members

Project & Process Management: Able to manage multiple initiatives, agencies and deadlines with strong planning discipline. Creative Interpretation: Evaluates creative and activation concepts for alignment with brand strategy, shopper needs and retail practicality. Compliance Awareness: Applies responsible alcohol marketing standards, customer guidelines and industry policy.
