ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-established consultancy operating within the public sector. Known for its collaborative culture and strong stakeholder relationships, the organisation is entering a particularly busy period and is seeking an experienced Digital Communications & Events Specialist to join the team on an initial 3-6 month contract.

This is a predominantly remote role, with regular travel to conferences and events across the UK.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of a busy events and communications programme. Day to day, you will:

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and support a range of conferences, networking events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Create engaging content for email, social media, and digital channels.
  • Manage campaign activity and communications through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support event delivery and promotional activity.
  • Coordinate event logistics, materials, and attendee communications.
  • Track engagement and campaign performance, ensuring CRM data remains accurate and up to date.

ABOUT YOU

To Be Considered For This Role, You Must Have

  • Immediate availability.
  • Proven experience coordinating events and managing event logistics.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
