Digital Communications & Content Manager
Exclusive opportunity to join a highly successful, privately owned investment and technology group headquartered in Mayfair as a Digital Communications & Content Manager. Operating across a diverse portfolio of businesses, the organisation has built a reputation for innovation, entrepreneurship and long-term growth, offering exposure to senior stakeholders, high-profile initiatives and a broad range of industries.
This is a hands-on role suited to a creative and digitally savvy communications professional with strong content creation skills and experience managing LinkedIn, websites and digital campaigns. The role offers exposure across social media, executive profiling, corporate communications, PR and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.
Hybrid working – Mayfair – 3 days a week in office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisation's social media presence, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, including content planning, publishing, engagement and performance optimisation.
- Create engaging written, visual and video content using Canva, AI-enabled content creation tools and other digital platforms.
- Manage content calendars and digital campaigns, ensuring activity aligns with wider business priorities and communications objectives.
- Maintain and update company and executive websites, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging and on-brand.
- Support executive profiling and thought leadership activity, helping to enhance the visibility of senior leaders across digital channels.
- Monitor channel performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve audience engagement, reach and content effectiveness.
- Draft internal and external communications materials, presentations, briefings and other corporate communications content.
- Support the delivery of communications campaigns, PR initiatives and wider reputation management activity.
- Assist with media relations, stakeholder engagement, public affairs projects and the management of external agency relationships.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications channels and manage digital content, photography and brand assets.
- Provide communications support for internal and external events and build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.

- Experience managing social media channels and digital content programmes, with strong LinkedIn expertise.
- Strong content creation skills across written, visual and video formats.
- Proficiency in Canva and experience using AI-powered content creation tools.
- Experience managing content calendars, digital campaigns and website content.
- Comfortable creating content for senior stakeholders and supporting executive profiling activity.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Commercially aware, proactive and adaptable, with a creative mindset.
- Exposure to corporate communications, PR, stakeholder engagement or public affairs activity would be advantageous.
