Digital Communications Manager
Digital Communications Officer
About the Role
We are looking for a new member of the digital communications team to play a key role in the Academy’s digital communications work.
You’ll join a busy team that loves all things digital and will bring fresh ideas for digital content, as well as experience in leading impactful campaigns across various channels. As part of the team, you will:
- Create content for social media channels and the website
- Have responsibility for specific programme and policy areas
- Develop campaigns and content to position the Academy as a thought leader
- Engage new and existing audiences with our work
On the web, you’ll:
- Work on a variety of short and long-term projects
- Optimise user journeys across the site
- Use data and insights to collaborate with the senior web manager and web manager on enhancing web content
Social Media Responsibilities
- Coordinate with colleagues across the directorate to ensure effective use of our social channels.
- Lead social media campaigns and activity, including writing excellent copy and creating high-quality, accessible visuals.
- Regularly report on analytics and evaluate campaign success.
- Optimise content and performance using metrics and evaluations, ensuring ongoing improvement.

Our Location
Our light, spacious head office is located in central London, offering stunning views over St James’s Park and easy access to the West End. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a mandatory weekly team day in the office, plus additional days as needed for the role and the Academy.
