Location: Hybrid – 4 days onsite across our Leeds-based services, 1 day home-based Working Hours: 37 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £29,880 - £38,180 (full earning potential)

The Role: Digital Communications Officer at Forward Leeds
Promote our alcohol and drug support service via engaging digital content and marketing. Part of city-wide public health campaigns targeting drug and alcohol-related issues.
Key Duties:
- Create and edit videos & digital content featuring people accessing services
- Develop social media campaigns to raise awareness of support available
- Collaborate with communications partners to coordinate messaging
- Attend community events for promotion and audience engagement

About You
We seek an applicant with:
- A qualification in Media, Communications, or a relevant subject (e.g., NVQ Level 4) or equivalent practical experience in digital content.
- Proven skills in:
- Video & photo editing
- Content creation
- Digital storytelling/marketing
- Strong written, organisational, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Relevant experience in social media, communications, or marketing.
