Location

Overview of the Role

Are you an Information Management professional with experience in infrastructure sectors? As a Principal Information Management Consultant, you will:

  • Lead advisory projects, providing end-to-end trusted advice to clients in sectors like energy, transport, and water.
  • Drive growth by partnering with clients and colleagues to create opportunities.
  • Be part of a high-performing, entrepreneurial team.

Your Contribution

We are looking for a Principal Information Management Consultant passionate about:

  • Infrastructure sectors (Water, Buildings, Rail, Aviation, Defence)
  • Quality service delivery to clients
  • Proven track record in information management, project delivery, and principles of lean and agile working.

Successful candidates is expected to possess:

  • Strong leadership & multidisciplinary skills to manage concurrent projects and guide junior staff.
  • Proactive involvement in information management markets business growth.
  • Engaging clients and employees to elevate the Mott MacDonald brand.

Daily Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead advisory project delivery, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the team.
  • Grow the business through client relationships and internal networks.
  • Ensure adept application of current industry standards and frameworks.

Requirements & Skills

  • Technical expertise:
    • Experience in infrastructure project delivery, information management for capital/construction projects.
    • Knowledge of BS1192/ISO 19650, information model integration, and BIM execution plans.
  • Data and digital competency:
    • Understanding of data technology tools and data transmit capabilities.
    • Strong contractual awareness of information requirements and control.
  • Commercial and leadership skills:
    • Change leadership, ensuring strategic implementation to meet client needs.
    • Proven track record in stakeholder and supplier engagement.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in immersive advisory field.
