Digital Consultant - Corporate Advisory Comms

Hybrid working (3 days per week in the London office)
Salary: £52,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Are you a strategic digital communications consultant looking for your next step?

A rare opportunity to join a leading global strategic communications consultancy that advises some of the world's most recognised organisations through reputation-defining moments.

Working across corporate reputation, public affairs, financial communications and crisis situations, you'll help clients understand how they are perceived by key stakeholders, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and develop digital communications strategies that drive meaningful business outcomes.

This role sits within a specialist digital intelligence and communications team, combining audience insight, social listening, analytics and digital strategy to help clients navigate complex stakeholder environments and strengthen their reputation.

About the Role

  • Deliver insight-led digital communications and reputation programmes for global corporate clients.
  • Conduct audience, stakeholder and narrative analysis using social listening and intelligence tools.
  • Advise clients on digital reputation management, audience engagement and online influence.
  • Support integrated communications strategies across corporate reputation, public affairs, financial communications and crisis mandates.
  • Use digital insight, analytics and data to identify emerging issues, stakeholder sentiment and communications opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver integrated digital communications programmes spanning organic social, paid social, influencer engagement, community management, SEO, PPC and emerging GEO strategies.
  • Support content, search visibility and digital engagement strategies across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery environments.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance research, insight generation and communications delivery.

About You

  • 4-6 years' experience in corporate digital communications, digital strategy or reputation advisory, gained within an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Proven experience delivering digital communications, social media and reputation programmes for corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of both organic and paid social media, including content strategy, audience engagement, community management, paid social campaigns and content amplification.
  • Experience supporting or delivering influencer engagement programmes, stakeholder outreach and online audience-building initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC and emerging Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), with an understanding of how search visibility and AI-powered discovery influence corporate reputation and brand authority.
  • Hands-on experience using social listening, audience intelligence and analytics platforms such as Brandwatch, Pulsar, Audiense, AlphaSense, Quid, Semrush or similar.
  • Experience translating audience, stakeholder and digital insight into strategic recommendations and communications strategies.
  • Comfortable analysing data, measuring campaign performance and using insight to inform decision-making and future activity.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and client-facing communication skills.
  • Curious about AI, emerging technologies and the future of digital communications.
