This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves social media, enjoys creating eye-catching content and wants the freedom to turn ideas into reality. From growing our online community to helping launch our TikTok channel, you’ll play a key role in how thousands of people see and interact with Right Medicine every day.
Working alongside our Operations Team, you’ll help showcase our people, promote our services and support campaigns across our network of more than 45 pharmacies throughout Scotland.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Helping launch and grow our TikTok presence.
- Planning and scheduling content that keeps our channels fresh and engaging.
- Building our online following through creative campaigns and meaningful interaction with our audience.
- Designing promotional material for use across our pharmacy network, including posters, leaflets, digital screens and in-store campaigns.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns through engaging content and employer branding.
- Working with colleagues across the business to capture stories, celebrate achievements and promote new initiatives.
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Team as part of our collaborative Head Office team.

What We’re Looking For
We’re more interested in creativity, enthusiasm and ideas than ticking every box.
You’ll ideally have experience creating content for social media, understand what works across different platforms and enjoy thinking creatively.
Experience using Canva Pro would be an advantage, although experience with similar design software is equally welcome.
