Digital Content Creator – Full-time – Glasgow HQ

itison is one of Scotland’s most influential consumer brands, reaching millions through a market-leading platform, a portfolio of iconic venues, and some of the biggest live events in the country—including GlasGLOW, Elfingrove, and Drive-In Movies. We create moments people genuinely remember and share.

Our mission is simple: life is about the experience, and we're here to help people live it better. We're committed to being unique, bold, and the best at what we do.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative, social-first Digital Content Creator to tell the stories behind everything we do—from major live events and iconic venues to the everyday moments that connect with audiences at scale.

This isn’t just about filling feeds—it’s storytelling. You’ll be part of the team creating iconic moments and bringing big ideas to life both behind and in front of the camera.

Working closely with the Senior Creative Lead and Senior Producer, you'll take ideas from concept to execution across organic and paid social. Fast-paced, hands-on, and based full-time at our Glasgow HQ.

Responsibilities

Creative Development

  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling social-first storytelling
  • Build human-centred concepts rooted in reactions, experiences, and interactions—predicting what will resonate
  • Contribute high-impact ideas across campaigns, activations, and events to drive engagement and sharing
  • Design every idea with capture and distribution in mind across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond
  • Continuously raise creative standards and bring fresh thinking to brand presentation

Content Production & Execution

  • Plan, shoot, and edit content across venues, owning content planning, outputs, and performance
  • Direct shoots confidently behind and in front of the camera, becoming a key voice for itison’s organic social content
  • Capture authentic reactions with an instinct for what drives audience connection
  • Adapt content for both organic and paid strategies, ensuring each platform’s unique tone and standards
  • Work with the Senior Creative Lead to deliver against creative and commercial goals

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
