Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Digital Content Creator & Social Media Specialist role based in London. The role involves developing and executing content ideas that showcase the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling across social media platforms and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include:

The position also includes:

  • Monitoring trends in luxury and fine jewelry
  • Collaborating with design and sales teams for campaign content
  • Analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategies

The successful candidate will help maintain a consistent brand voice, support product launches, and contribute to marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand’s presence locally and globally.

Qualifications

  • Strong content creation skills, including visual storytelling, basic photography and videography, and editing for social media formats.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest), including posting, community management, and engagement.
  • Ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for captions, short articles, and campaign materials.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, such as social media analytics, content performance tracking, and trend monitoring.
  • Understanding of luxury, fashion, or fine jewelry markets, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including content planning, calendar management, and coordination with creative and sales teams.
  • Proficiency with common content and social media tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator) or similar design tools such as Canva, social scheduling and analytics platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, creative studio environment.
  • Relevant degree or training in marketing, communications, design, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in luxury or fashion brands is an advantage.
