We’re looking for a Digital Content Designer to join the Digital Marketing team on a 9-month secondment to create clear, user-centred content across our digital products. You'll help simplify complex financial products and services, enabling customers to make informed decisions and complete their goals with confidence.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to design content that helps users complete tasks, understand complex information, and deliver seamless digital journeys.
Contributing across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery through to live, using research, data and collaboration to shape effective content solutions. This role is ideal for someone with around 2 years’ experience who can work independently while contributing to a wider content design practice.
Joining us offers the opportunity to shape digital experiences for a customer-owned business, helping people make confident financial decisions. You'll play a key role throughout the entire content design process, from discovery and ideation to publication and optimisation, while collaborating with experienced UX designers, product managers and marketing specialists. With exposure to user research, experimentation and a growing content design community, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills, share ideas, and grow your expertise.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
