Summary:
The Digital Engagement Associate at Paahibu Space plays a vital role in shaping and maintaining the organization’s dynamic online presence. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of digital platforms, including social media, website content, and digital media creation, ensuring consistent, engaging, and mission-aligned communication across all channels. Working closely with the Communications Manager Associate, the Digital Engagement Associate will execute digital campaigns, produce compelling content, and monitor performance to drive audience engagement. Ideal for an early-career professional with a passion for digital storytelling, this role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, remote environment while contributing to meaningful social impact initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across Paahibu Space’s social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, engagement, and community moderation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries, escalating critical issues as needed.
- Maintain consistent posting schedules, tone, and platform-specific best practices to strengthen brand presence.
- Create and edit digital content such as short-form videos, reels, graphics, carousels, and basic animations for online use.
- Support photography and video documentation of events and activities, transforming raw media into polished, platform-ready content.
- Adapt approved messaging into engaging, audience-appropriate formats for diverse digital channels.
- Update and maintain website content, including blog posts, announcements, and resource uploads.
- Organize and manage digital asset libraries (photos, videos, graphics, templates) for efficient access and reuse.
- Execute digital campaigns based on briefs from the Communications Manager Associate, tracking key performance indicators such as reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Share regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Experiment with new content formats, tools, and platform features to enhance audience reach and interaction.
- Collaborate with programme and community teams to gather content, visuals, and timely updates for digital outputs.
- Ensure all digital deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule, especially during key events and milestones.
