The Role in a Nutshell
The primary objective of this role is to support the wider marketing & design team through the creation of attractive and engaging content that supports the SIP communications plan, website & online marketplace listings and SIP’s customer marketing support package.
Overall Responsibilities
This is a creative role with a particularly strong focus on content creation (video & graphics) and digital marketing.
Reporting ultimately to the Marketing Manager, with a dotted line to the Senior Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating assets such as infographics, lifestyle photos, and how-to videos that enhance product listings on the SIP website, customer websites, and online marketplaces
- Utilising smartphone, DSLR camera, and lighting equipment to produce high-quality white-room studio, in-use, and lifestyle photos - and create punchy and engaging video content for use across our digital channels such as social media & email marketing
- Identifying and contacting relevant influencers and reviewers across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Providing general design support for the department on ad-hoc tasks (often template-driven) such as mailshot flyers
- Supporting the fulfilment of customer marketing requests, including providing web data/images/videos, web banner creation, email content, social advert graphics, and bespoke flyers
- Supporting the digital team with general website maintenance (training provided)
- Helping to manage the department email inbox
- Completing tasks and deliverables in a timely manner as specified by Management and/or agreed project timelines set out
- Ensuring adherence to SIP’s ISO 9001 Quality Policy, associated job roles, responsibilities, processes, procedures, and work instructions
- Completing any other duties as may reasonably be required

What You Will Bring:

- Ability to shoot and edit photos and videos on smartphone and using apps such as CapCut
- Ability to shoot photos and videos on DSLR camera (preferred)
- Ability to use the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop (essential), Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
- Drive, positivity, and a can-do attitude
- Professionalism, with a drive to maintain company and department standards
- Flexibility and open-mindedness to learn and improve performance
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Salary:
- £26-30k
